Overview

Credits purchased in AI Avatar Generator are a digital product that is consumed immediately when used to generate an AI avatar. Because the generation is processed and delivered the moment a request is made, credits that have already been used are non-refundable. This applies to purchases made through our website (via Stripe) and through our mobile app (via Google Play), for every credit package (10, 30, 50, 70, 100, and 250 credits) regardless of price.

Non-Refundable — Once Credits Are Used

Used Credits: Once credits are spent to generate an avatar, the generation is delivered instantly and those credits cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reversed — even if you are unsatisfied with the result.

Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds on a credit package once any portion of it has been used.

Change of Mind: Refund requests based on changing your mind after purchase, regardless of whether credits have been used, are not eligible.

Policy Violations: Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

When We Review Refund Requests

Refunds are only considered for genuine billing errors — not for credits that have already been used. We will review requests in the following limited cases:

Payment Charged, No Credits Received: You were charged but the credits never appeared in your account balance due to a technical error.

Duplicate Charges: You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.

Unauthorized Purchase: A purchase was made without your authorization and reported within 48 hours.

These cases must be reported within 48 hours of the charge. Any credits already used at the time of the request remain non-refundable even if the surrounding charge is found to be in error.

How to Request a Review

If your situation matches one of the eligible cases above, follow these steps:

Include your account email address and the date of purchase

Describe the billing issue and attach any relevant screenshots (e.g. bank/Google Play statement)

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and respond via email

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method; any unused credits tied to the refunded purchase will be removed from your balance

Google Play Purchases

For credits purchased through the Google Play Store, billing-error refund requests should first be submitted directly through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, or for requests outside Google's eligibility, contact us directly using the steps above. In all cases, credits already used at the time of any refund remain non-refundable.

Stripe / Web Purchases

For credits purchased through our website using Stripe, billing-error refund requests must be submitted to us directly at otsha.tech@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method.
