Credits are a digital product consumed immediately when used, so used credits are non-refundable. We only review refund requests for genuine billing errors — a charge with no credits received, a duplicate charge, or an unauthorized purchase reported within 48 hours. AI generation results depend heavily on the prompt description. Try being more specific with details like art style, lighting, colors, and character traits. The more detailed your description, the better the result. Unfortunately, credits used for completed generations cannot be refunded.
